The Tennessee Titans are reportedly signing running back Michael Carter and wide receiver Lance McCutcheon, the latter coming out of retirement. This follows the signings of quarterback Hendon Hooker and wide receiver K.J. Osborn. Carter, a former standout at North Carolina, was drafted by the Jets in 2021 and had a brief stint with the Cardinals, where he played 13 games in 2025. The Titans aim to bolster their roster with these additions.
