The Rams have appointed Phil Savage as a consultant in their personnel department, according to Aaron Wilson of KPRC. Savage, who was the Jets’ interim General Manager in 2024, began his NFL career as a scout for the Browns in 1993 and has held positions with the Ravens, Eagles, and as the Senior Bowl director from 2012-2018. He also served as the General Manager of the AAF’s Arizona Hotshots in 2019. In his new role with the Rams, he will collaborate with assistant G.M. John McKay.
