The Carolina Panthers have signed former Rams linebacker Nick Hampton to an undisclosed contract. Hampton, 25, was a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft from Appalachian State and initially signed a four-year rookie deal with the Rams before being waived in December. He later rejoined the Rams’ practice squad and played in 12 games in 2025, recording 10 tackles without any sacks.
