The Colorado Rockies have made several roster adjustments during spring training as they prepare for the 2026 season, assigning infielder/outfielders Cole Carrigg, Charlie Condon, and Vimael Machín to Minor League camp. While Carrigg and Machín’s reassignment was expected, Condon, who performed impressively with a .385 batting average and three home runs, was a contender for first base. T.J. Rumfield is now positioned as the likely Opening Day first baseman. The Rockies currently have 40 active players in Major League camp, including seven non-roster invitees.
