The New York Jets have signed former Chicago Bears cornerback Nahshon Wright to a one-year deal worth up to $5.5 million, as reported by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. Wright, who had a breakout 2025 season with a career-high five interceptions, adds a much-needed playmaker to a Jets secondary that recorded no interceptions last season. This signing follows the Jets’ acquisition of five-time Pro Bowl safety Minkah Fitzpatrick, who has 21 career interceptions.
