The Washington Nationals have signed right-hander Zack Littell to a one-year contract with a mutual option, as reported by ESPN. Last season, the 30-year-old made 32 starts for the Tampa Bay Rays and Cincinnati Reds, posting a 3.81 ERA and 1.10 WHIP over 186 2/3 innings. This addition provides the Nationals with another veteran pitcher in their rotation, which is expected to include Miles Mikolas and others like Cade Cavalli and Josiah Gray.
