Boston Celtics center Nikola Vucevic underwent surgery on his broken right ring finger and will be reevaluated in 3-4 weeks. He sustained the injury in the first quarter of a game against the Dallas Mavericks, which Boston won 120-100. Vucevic was acquired from the Chicago Bulls last month to bolster the team’s frontcourt and has averaged 10.4 points in 12 games with the Celtics.
