ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler reports that the Cleveland Browns intend to place a second-round restricted tender on safety Ronnie Hickman, costing them $5.8 million guaranteed for the 2026 season. This tender enables Hickman to explore the open market, but any team signing him would need to offer a second-round pick. Undrafted in 2023 from Ohio State, Hickman signed a three-year contract with the Browns and recorded 103 tackles, two interceptions, and seven pass defenses in 2025.
