The Las Vegas Raiders announced the release of guard Alex Cappa, freeing up $5.01 million in cap space with $1 million in dead money. Cappa, a third-round pick in 2018, previously signed a four-year, $40 million deal with the Bengals before joining the Raiders on a two-year contract last offseason. In 2025, he played in all 17 games, starting eight at center. He was set to earn an $8 million base salary in the final year of his contract.
