Liverpool has announced a commitment to provide British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters at every home match for both men’s and women’s teams during the 2025/26 season, enhancing accessibility for Deaf and hard-of-hearing supporters. This initiative, launched with a viral moment at Anfield where fans signed the club’s anthem, is supported by Carlsberg and the British Deaf Association. BSL training will also be offered to staff at Anfield, St Helens Stadium, and select pubs across Merseyside. The program aims to ensure all fans feel included in the matchday experience.
