Harper, on a two-way contract, has averaged 9.9 minutes in 12 games this season and excelled in the G League with 24.3 points per game. He previously started on February 4, achieving career highs with 11 points and 9 rebounds in a win against the Houston Rockets. The Suns will also be missing key players Devin Booker and Dillon Brooks due to injury.
