New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh officially introduced his coaching staff on January 20, 2026, with 15 of the 23 members having previously worked with him at the Ravens. However, just two days later, assistant defensive line coach Matt Robinson departed to join the Raiders as their secondary coach. Robinson, who spent five years with Harbaugh, was initially brought in to collaborate with Dennis Johnson, the Giants’ defensive line coach. Harbaugh granted permission for Robinson’s move to Las Vegas, where he will work under new Raiders’ head coach Klint Kubiak.
