The Seahawks are likely to lose offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak after the Super Bowl, with the Raiders and Cardinals showing strong interest in making him their head coach. Kubiak, who has interviewed with both teams twice, is in a favorable position to negotiate a lucrative contract. Although he cannot officially accept a head-coaching position until after Super Bowl LX, he can agree to terms beforehand. The 38-year-old Kubiak, son of former NFL coach Gary Kubiak, has been commended for his work with the Seahawks’ offense.
