Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Tanner Engstrand, the former offensive coordinator for the Jets, has been hired as the Atlanta Falcons’ offensive passing game coordinator. Despite being recently fired, Engstrand had multiple opportunities but chose Atlanta, likely influenced by Kevin Stefanski. His coaching career began in 2005 at the University of San Diego and included roles with Michigan, the DC Defenders, the Lions, and finally the Jets, where he oversaw a struggling offense in 2025.
