Jets head coach Aaron Glenn is overhauling his coaching staff, firing several key assistants including quarterbacks coach Charles London and pass game coordinator Scott Turner, among others. Despite a disappointing first season, Glenn was retained but is making significant changes, especially on defense following the dismissal of defensive coordinator Steve Wilks. The changes in coaching will impact the passing offense, particularly with a new quarterback expected after Justin Fields’ lackluster performance. Glenn must improve the team’s performance in Year Two to secure his position for a third year.
