Jesse Minter has been hired as the Baltimore Ravens’ new head coach, replacing John Harbaugh, who was fired after failing to make the playoffs. Minter, 42, previously served as the defensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Chargers and has a history with the Ravens’ staff from 2017-20. He aims to help quarterback Lamar Jackson improve his postseason performance. Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta praised Minter’s leadership and football acumen, highlighting his success at various levels of the sport.
