Hafley, who has a past relationship with Dolphins GM Jon-Eric Sullivan, previously served as head coach at Boston College. In 2025, his Packers defense ranked 12th in yards allowed and 11th in points allowed. The Dolphins’ coaching search also includes interviews with John Harbaugh and Kevin Stefanski, among others.
