Coaching Interview Update
Peter Schrager reports that the Cleveland Browns will interview former Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel for their head-coaching position on Monday. The Browns have also interviewed Todd Monken, Tommy Rees, and Jim Schwartz, while requesting interviews with Aden Durde, Dan Pitcher, Jesse Minter, and Nate Scheelhaase. McDaniel, who had a 35-33 record in four seasons with Miami, is considered a top candidate for multiple coaching roles. His previous experience includes positions with various NFL teams, culminating in his time with the Dolphins.
