Panthers executive vice president Brandt Tillis is interviewing for the Falcons’ president of football operations position, with the team also seeking to interview Lions COO Mike Disner. The Falcons plan to offer this newly created role to former quarterback Matt Ryan. Tillis, hired by the Panthers in January 2024, has a background in football operations with the Chiefs, where he was the lead negotiator for Patrick Mahomes’ contract. The Falcons are currently looking for a new General Manager and head coach after dismissing Terry Fontenot and Raheem Morris.
