John Harbaugh’s Relationship with Players Deteriorated

Ian Rapoport reported on NFL Network that John Harbaugh lost the support of the Ravens’ locker room prior to his firing. Players, including those beyond quarterback Lamar Jackson, expressed doubts about playing for Harbaugh, stemming from a disconnect between him and Jackson. Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti was frustrated by Harbaugh’s lack of playoff success, which contributed to the decision to part ways. Harbaugh, who coached the Ravens since 2008, led the team to a Super Bowl and multiple playoff appearances.
