The Los Angeles Rams have promoted outside linebacker Nick Hampton from the practice squad to their active roster for Week 16’s game against the Seahawks. Hampton, a 25-year-old who was a fifth-round draft pick in 2023 from Appalachian State, signed a four-year rookie contract but was waived in early December before being re-signed to the practice squad. This season, he has played in 12 games, recording 10 total tackles.
