As Major League Baseball’s offseason progresses, former Minnesota Twins All-Star Miguel Sano is set to join the Chunichi Dragons in Japan’s NPB, reportedly signing a one-year contract worth $1.3 million. The 32-year-old is coming off an impressive MVP season in the Dominican Winter League, where he batted .315 with nine home runs and 25 RBIs. Throughout his nine-year MLB career, Sano accumulated a .233 batting average, an OPS of .801, and hit 164 home runs.
