The Diamondbacks have outrighted reliever Christian Montes De Oca, reducing their 40-man roster to 37. Montes De Oca, who made his MLB debut this season but only appeared in one game before injuries sidelined him, will remain in the organization as a non-roster player, allowing Arizona to add other prospects ahead of the Rule 5 draft deadline.
