Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette has been placed on the 10-day injured list due to a right knee sprain, retroactive to Sept. 7, with a potential return against the Tampa Bay Rays. In his absence, outfielder Joey Loperfido has been recalled; Bichette, a two-time All-Star, leads MLB in hits and doubles this season, boasting 181 hits and 94 RBIs in 139 games.
