The Los Angeles Chargers and offensive tackle Rashawn Slater have agreed to a four-year, $114 million contract extension, which includes a record $92 million in guaranteed money, making him the highest-paid offensive lineman in NFL history. Slater, a former 13th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, played 15 games as a starter in 2024 and earned a Pro Bowl selection.
