The Saints are signing free agent safety Julian Blackmon, following Tyrann Mathieu’s retirement. Blackmon, a 26-year-old former third-round pick by the Colts, has recorded 300 tackles, 10 interceptions, and 66 games played over five seasons, and was a free agent since March after the Colts signed another safety.
