The Cowboys officially signed cornerback Robert Rochell and defensive tackle Perrion Winfrey, waiving defensive tackle Justin Rogers and cornerback Luq Barcoo to accommodate the new signings. Rogers, a seventh-round pick in 2024, did not play in the regular season and was previously waived out of training camp before joining the Bengals’ practice squad. Barcoo, who signed a futures deal after joining the Cowboys’ practice squad last season, has a career total of 10 tackles and one pass breakup, having played three games with Jacksonville in 2020.
