Caitlin Clark’s return to the Indiana Fever for a game against the New York Liberty, following a quad injury, attracted 2.2 million viewers on ABC, marking it as the third-most-watched WNBA game on the network. This viewership represented a 76 percent increase compared to the average WNBA game on ABC from the previous year. Prior to her injury, Clark had also drawn 2.2 million viewers in a game against the Liberty on CBS and 2.7 million on ABC against the Chicago Sky.
