Free agent linebacker Germaine Pratt has signed a one-year deal worth $4.25 million with the Raiders, including $500,000 in playtime incentives, after being released by the Bengals. Pratt, who started all 17 games last season and recorded a career-high 143 tackles, requested a trade from Cincinnati in February following the firing of defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo. The Bengals selected Pratt in the third round of the 2019 draft, during his tenure he accumulated 616 tackles, seven interceptions, and seven forced fumbles.
