Steelers first-round pick Derrick Harmon, selected 22nd overall, has quickly ascended the team’s defensive line depth chart and is now running with the first team during practices, according to defensive line coach Karl Dunbar. Harmon, who recorded five sacks and 11 tackles for loss in his final season at Oregon, is positioned as the starting left defensive tackle. The Steelers are optimistic about his performance alongside veterans Cam Heyward and Keanu Benton on the first team.
