The Seattle Seahawks have waived undrafted rookie wide receiver Nate McCollum to make room for fellow undrafted free agent tight end Mitch Van Vooren. McCollum, who transferred from Georgia Tech to North Carolina, recorded 143 receptions for 1,521 yards and five touchdowns during his five-year college career. Van Vooren, a former track athlete at Marquette, had 65 receptions for 1,045 yards and 13 touchdowns in 22 games at St. Norbert College and received first-team All-NACC honors in 2024.
