The Dodgers have signed right-hander Chris Stratton to a major league deal, with Bobby Miller optioned to the minors and J.P. Feyereisen designated for assignment to make room. Stratton, 34, a former first-round pick, has had a mixed career, transitioning from a starter to a reliever, and has posted a 4.63 ERA over 406 2/3 innings in recent seasons. His performance declined with the Royals, where he had a 5.55 ERA last year and a 7.94 ERA in 17 innings this season before being released.
