Ronald Acuña Jr. is set to make his season debut for the Atlanta Braves on Friday night after recovering from a left knee injury that kept him out for nearly a year. The 2023 NL MVP, who tore his ACL on May 26, underwent surgery on June 6 and completed a minor league rehab assignment, batting .400 with two home runs. Acuña had a standout 2023 season, hitting .336 with 41 homers, 106 RBIs, and 73 stolen bases, becoming the only player to achieve 40 homers and 70 steals in a single season.
