The Ravens announced the signing of offensive tackle Joseph Noteboom, who spent his entire eight-year career with the Rams, playing 71 games with 35 starts. Noteboom, 29, offers versatility as he competes for the swing tackle position, previously held by Josh Jones, who signed with the Seahawks. Last season, Noteboom played only four games due to an ankle injury, while the Ravens also drafted three offensive linemen: Emery Jones Jr., Carson Vinson, and Garrett Dellinger.
