League sources indicate that Scott Perry, former Kings vice president and current Knicks general manager, is a leading candidate for a front office position, thanks to his strong relationship with Kings governor Vivek Ranadive. Former Nuggets GM Calvin Booth is also in consideration after his recent dismissal, having previously interviewed for the Kings’ GM role in 2020. Meanwhile, interim coach Doug Christie has performed well, and Vlade Divac remains influential within the organization, although he is not expected to return formally to the front office.
