Despite Fox’s impressive performance with 22 points, six assists, and four steals, the Spurs fell short in a close game that featured clutch shots from both teams in the final seconds. Spurs rookie Stephon Castle led all scorers with 33 points off the bench, as the team now prepares for a road back-to-back game against the Orlando Magic on Saturday.
