The Baltimore Orioles have placed Luis Robert Jr. on the 10-day injured list due to left hamstring discomfort, just six days after acquiring him from the New York Mets. In his brief time with Baltimore, he recorded a .182 batting average with a home run and three RBI in three games. This marks Robert Jr.’s second stint on the injured list this season, having previously been sidelined with a lumbar spine disc herniation. In a related move, the Orioles recalled outfielder Rece Hinds from Triple-A Norfolk.
