The Washington Wizards are trading Cam Whitmore to the Cavaliers in exchange for Tre Mann, a 2027 second-round pick from the Clippers, and cash, as reported by ESPN’s Shams Charania. Mann, a 25-year-old shooting guard who averaged 5.5 points last season, will serve as depth behind Trae Young and others. The deal also involves Julian Reese being sent to the Nuggets, who will waive him. This trade gives the Wizards three second-round picks for the 2027 NBA Draft and leaves them $8.4 million below the luxury tax.
