The Mets are promoting Tommy Pham ahead of their series against the Dodgers, following his return to the organization on a minor league deal on Opening Day. After five games in Low-A, Pham is expected to help the struggling Mets offense, which has averaged just 3.38 runs per game since Juan Soto went on the IL. Last season, Pham demonstrated strong performance with a .330 OBP. He will compete for playing time in the outfield alongside Carson Benge, Brett Baty, Jared Young, and Tyrone Taylor.
