Atlanta Falcons right tackle Kaleb McGary has announced his retirement from football, according to his agent, Collin Roberts. Drafted in 2019, McGary made 92 regular-season starts but missed the entire 2025 season due to a leg injury. He had signed a two-year, $30-million extension prior to his injury, and his retirement leaves the Falcons needing to address the right tackle position, especially after Elijah Wilkinson’s departure. The team is expected to seek additional linemen in the upcoming NFL draft.
