The Baltimore Ravens have signed punter Luke Elzinga, an undrafted free agent from Oklahoma, to fill the void left by Jordan Stout, who became the highest-paid punter in NFL history after a standout season with the New York Giants. Elzinga, a left-footed punter with five years of collegiate experience, averaged 43.1 yards per punt and has a history of completing passes on fake-punt plays. Given his lack of NFL experience, the Ravens are likely to add another punter this offseason. The new specialist trio will include kicker Tyler Loop, long snapper Nick Moore, and Elzinga.
