Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are re-signing veteran defensive lineman Rakeem Nunez-Roches to a one-year contract. Nunez-Roches, 32, was originally a sixth-round pick by the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2014 NFL Draft and has had stints with the Colts and Giants. Last season with the Giants, he played in nine games, recording 23 tackles, three sacks, and a pass defense. His return bolsters the Buccaneers’ defensive line for the upcoming season.
