The St. Louis Blues have signed defenseman Colin Ralph to a three-year entry-level contract, effective next season. Drafted 48th overall in 2024, Ralph, a 6’4″, 229 lbs lefty from Michigan State, had a strong sophomore year with 11 points and a +20 rating. Despite early struggles, he brings potential as a defensive shutdown player and has experience from winning gold at the World Junior Championship. He is expected to spend most of his initial contract with AHL Springfield before vying for NHL time in 2027-28 or 2028-29.
