Connor Hughes of SNY reports that the New York Giants are set to release veteran kicker Graham Gano on Sunday, a move that will free up $4.5 million in cap space for the team this offseason. Gano, 38, has been with the Giants since 2020 but spent last season on injured reserve due to a herniated disc in his neck. Originally an undrafted free agent, he has had stints with Washington and the Panthers before his time in New York. In 2025, Gano successfully converted nine of ten field goal attempts and made all nine extra-point attempts in five games.
