Daniel Oyefusi reports that the Cleveland Browns have decided not to sign defensive end A.J. Epenesa due to concerns regarding his physical examination. The Browns had previously agreed to a one-year contract worth up to $5 million with Epenesa, a former second-round pick of the Buffalo Bills in 2020. Epenesa, who was a free agent in 2024, re-signed with the Bills on a two-year deal after completing his rookie contract. In 2025, he played 16 games, recording 32 tackles, 2.5 sacks, two interceptions, and a fumble recovery.
