Defensive end DJ Wonnum has signed a one-year deal worth up to $6 million with the Lions after visiting the team. At 28, he joins Aidan Hutchinson and Ahmed Hassanein as the team’s edge rushers. Wonnum, previously with the Panthers, recorded 79 tackles and seven sacks over the past two seasons, and has a total of 30 career sacks since being drafted by the Vikings in 2020.
