The Sacramento Kings have signed guard Killian Hayes to a two-year contract after he completed two 10-day deals with the team. During his 10 games with the Kings, Hayes averaged 3.8 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 3.3 assists in 15.3 minutes per game, earning praise for his defense from head coach Doug Christie. A former seventh overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Detroit Pistons, Hayes has also played for the Brooklyn Nets and spent time in the G League this season. He was recently called up from the Cleveland Charge.
