The Washington Commanders have signed running back Jerome Ford to a one-year contract, as reported by Ian Rapoport. Ford, 26, previously played for the Cleveland Browns after being drafted in the fifth round of the 2022 NFL Draft, where he earned first-team all-conference honors at Cincinnati. In the 2025 season, he appeared in 13 games, recording 24 rushing attempts for 73 yards and 26 receptions for 103 yards. This marks Ford’s first time testing the market in his career.
