KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — TCU, led by David Punch’s 26 points and Tanner Toolson’s crucial baskets, overcame Oklahoma State 95-88 in the Big 12 Tournament’s second round. The Horned Frogs, now 22-10 and winners of nine of their last ten games, will face Kansas in the quarterfinals.
