X-rays and an MRI confirmed that Tyrese Maxey of the Philadelphia 76ers has no fractures in his sprained right hand, according to head coach Nick Nurse. The team is still determining a timeline for Maxey’s return, who will consult hand specialists for further evaluation. Maxey, who previously sprained the same pinky last year, was ruled out for the team’s back-to-back games this week. He is currently averaging 29.0 points and 6.7 assists per game.
